Hi Team,
We are frequently receiving one error message for one of the CCTV recording servers( windows 2016 server std. edition). Below is the error message:
“The description for event ID 4096 from source VMS_DM cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted”.
Because of this, the cameras connected to this server become offline. Once we restart this server, cameras come back online. The issue occurs every week.
Can anyone tell us what is the root cause of this issue?
